Important information for TTC Web users -
The existing security certificate of the CCIS Assistant will be expiring on 10-Feb-2026 and so it needs to be renewed.
The new version has been made available. Kindly get it renewed soon to use CCIS Assistant without any problems.

For Novartis users, It can be updated by installing TSS AB CCIS Assistant 1.1.3.0 (English) [Build 07] from software self-service Portal.

For ESO users, it can be updated by downloading the CCIS Assistant again from this verifier page https://www.tss.se/assistant113verifier/ (you will require Administration rights/local IT help to install it from the verifier page).
